Policies, Things to know, and FAQ’s

Below are the policies and procedures here at Twisters Elite. Safety is always our top priority, so we implemented these rules to ensure all of our staff, athletes, and families remain safe.

Although we do our best to ensure our athletes safety in the sport, cheer and tumble carry a risk of physical injury. So even though all of our coaches and staff are CPR and First Aid certified, as well as continued education on the sport, there will always be a risk. Please review our safety procedures with your athlete and remind them of the importance of safety and following directions.

Thank you for taking the time to review our policies and procedures.

Policies

There will be a $5 late payment applies to each child’s account that is not paid by the 5th of the month. A student may not participate in class until payment is made. Our returned check fee is $25.

Class payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. Credit may be given for extenuating health circumstances when approved. Please call or email us if you need to discuss receiving a credit.

  2. DROPPING or WITHDRAWING from a class requires a 30-day written notice and can be done so through your portal. If no written notice is given, there will be a $20 withdraw fee. This policy ensures that your athlete has a spot in class and gives us the opportunity to fill your spot if you decide to withdraw. This ensures fairness to all parties and any athlete on a waitlist.

  3. MAKEUP POLICY- Because of our strict student to teacher ratio, missed classes will not result in make-up classes, prorated tuition or refunds. Some exceptions may apply. Please contact us via phone or email to further assistance.

  4. If you are aware of any class your athlete might miss due to illness, vacation, scheduling conflict, or any other reason, please utilize the future absences tab in the portal. This helps us when doing attendance for each class.
